How We Hire
Step 1 - Application
Submit your CV and a short cover letter or personal statement. We review applications carefully to ensure your experience, skills, and values match the role.
Step 2 - Screening
If your application fits the role, we’ll invite you to a brief call with a member of the hiring team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, and for you to ask questions about the role and the business.
Step 3 - Interview
Next, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and key team members. Depending on the role, this may include a skills assessment or scenario-based discussion. We want to understand how you think, how you work, and how you’ll contribute to the team.
Step 4 - Final Interview
Some roles may require a final stage interview with senior leadership or a second team interview. This helps us ensure alignment with the team and company values.
Step 5 - Offer
If successful, we’ll make you an offer and outline the next steps to join WRS. We aim to make this process fast and transparent, so you can start your new role with confidence.
How long does the process take?
We aim to complete the full process within 2–4 weeks from application to offer, depending on the role and the number of candidates.
Do your offer hybrid working?
Many of our roles offer hybrid working. Specific arrangements vary by team and role, and will be discussed during the interview process.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes — if you feel you’re a strong fit for multiple positions, feel free to apply. We may ask which role you’re most interested in to help us process your application.
